Developer-pilot data deletion
Deletion is a manual developer-pilot process. The mock UI's “Clear all” control is not a complete privacy-deletion service.
How to request deletion
- Contact the project administrator through the same channel that invited you to the pilot.
- State that you want your Pharmacy Smart pilot data deleted and identify the test WhatsApp account or request reference involved.
- The administrator may ask for limited verification so that another person's data is not deleted by mistake.
- The administrator will confirm what was removed locally and identify any provider-held or legally retained copies that require separate handling.
What the request covers
A verified request can cover local conversation state, prescription media held by the pilot, extracted medicine lines, pharmacist edits, address bindings, and related test evidence, subject to technical, audit, backup, legal, and safety constraints.
Provider copies
WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Cloudflare, or another service provider may retain operational records under its own policy. The project administrator will not claim those copies were deleted unless the relevant provider process has been completed and verified.
Stop using the pilot
You can stop sending messages at any time. Do not send new prescription or health information while a deletion request is being processed.
